Hannah Nowakowski

Donor Relations and Engagement Manager

Hannah leads Sustainable Conservation’s webinar series, special events, and monthly e-news program. As a member of the Development and Communications team, Hannah supports the organization’s digital engagement and fundraising efforts.

Prior to joining Sustainable Conservation, Hannah worked as an outdoor educator in Southern California where she facilitated team building and experiential learning for 4^th-12^th grade students. Before that, she gained non-profit experience as a campaign intern with Sierra Club and lab experience as a chemistry research intern at Mirus Bio. Hannah double majored in Environmental Studies and Chemistry and received a certificate in Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Hannah is based in San Francisco where she enjoys seeing live music, going on camping trips, and practicing yoga.
